天行的每一位老師都是由江西省特級(jí)教師、南昌市學(xué)科帶頭人及南昌市教研員、天行校長(zhǎng)天團(tuán)組成的專家考團(tuán)親自面試，從親和力到講課能力、從思維靈活性到理念的接受度、從學(xué)歷背景到教學(xué)展示等，都進(jìn)行了非常細(xì)致的考察。最終呈現(xiàn)了這支集結(jié)高教齡、高學(xué)歷名師團(tuán)隊(duì)，為高質(zhì)量學(xué)習(xí)法再賦能。

Each teacher of Teensen is interviewed by an expert examination team composed of Jiangxi Province's special-grade senior teachers, Nanchang municipal discipline leaders, Nanchang municipal teaching and research staff, and Teensen principal team. 唐鎮(zhèn)南

高中部校長(zhǎng)，中共黨員，1991年至今耕耘教壇29年。中學(xué)語文高級(jí)教師、省首批骨干教師、南昌市學(xué)科帶頭人、南昌洪城名師；獲得過全國(guó)優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽一等獎(jiǎng)；是省首批骨干教師、南昌市高中語文學(xué)科帶頭人、南昌市第二批洪城名師；多次榮獲南昌市優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員、南昌市優(yōu)秀教師、南昌市優(yōu)秀班主任、南昌市德育工作先進(jìn)個(gè)人等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。長(zhǎng)期任教重點(diǎn)中學(xué)零班兼班主任，所教的學(xué)生中有多人考取北大、清華等全國(guó)名校，有一大批進(jìn)入雙一流大學(xué)深造。

曹少波

中學(xué)物理高級(jí)教師，國(guó)家二級(jí)心理咨詢師，家庭教育指導(dǎo)師，曾任雷式學(xué)校零班班主任，教務(wù)主任、政教主任，課堂深受同學(xué)們喜歡，對(duì)物理競(jìng)賽有一定的研究，所教學(xué)生有考進(jìn)北大、浙大、復(fù)旦等雙一流大學(xué)。

肖軍

江西省首批高中語文骨干教師、中學(xué)高級(jí)教師。擔(dān)任班主任工作20年。有過7年大型民辦學(xué)校支教工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擔(dān)任其管理工作。參加過多年高考閱卷工作，是2014年江西省學(xué)業(yè)水平考試命題組成員。多次被評(píng)為優(yōu)秀教師、優(yōu)秀班主任，所教學(xué)生參加全國(guó)作文競(jìng)賽獲得一等獎(jiǎng)，高考成績(jī)單科地市第一名，學(xué)生總分進(jìn)入江西省前十名，錄取清華北大等名牌大學(xué)多人。個(gè)人多次獲得過全國(guó)讀書活動(dòng)優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)老師，論文多次獲得國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)、市級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

林靖綠

英語老師，碩士畢業(yè)于英國(guó)?？巳卮髮W(xué)，主修專業(yè)是TESOL（對(duì)外英語教學(xué)）。該大學(xué)的TESOL專業(yè)全英國(guó)排名第六。碩士論文研究中國(guó)高中英語教學(xué)，獲得優(yōu)秀等級(jí)（Distinction）。本科修英語師范專業(yè)、政治學(xué)與行政學(xué)專業(yè)，獲得英語文學(xué)和法學(xué)雙學(xué)士學(xué)位。曾在廣東一所省級(jí)重點(diǎn)中學(xué)擔(dān)任高中英語教師5年，工作期間獲得市級(jí)考核優(yōu)秀等次。

余輝

化學(xué)老師，從事教培教師行業(yè)七年已久，管理崗位近三年，期間在金太陽(yáng)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)任教高三全日制重點(diǎn)班連續(xù)四年，所帶學(xué)生人數(shù)八千以上，參加高考學(xué)生中有大部分考取同濟(jì)大學(xué)、中南大學(xué)、中國(guó)農(nóng)大、對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)、中國(guó)科大、四川音樂學(xué)院、浙江傳媒大學(xué)等國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)大學(xué)。

辛浩

中學(xué)地理一級(jí)教師，全國(guó)優(yōu)秀科技輔導(dǎo)員、市優(yōu)秀班主任、市優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員，長(zhǎng)期任教省重點(diǎn)中學(xué)零班兼班主任、備課組長(zhǎng)，所帶班級(jí)獲市先進(jìn)班集體、市五四紅旗團(tuán)支部。

魏李紅

物理老師，擁有高級(jí)教師資格證，六年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一直在教學(xué)一線帶教班課，對(duì)南昌市的考點(diǎn)、學(xué)情都非常了解熟悉。曾在恒大豫章師范附屬學(xué)校擔(dān)任高中物理教師、興趣班教練、副班主任，所帶班級(jí)平均分從墊底到第一。曾在某機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任物理教研組骨干，同時(shí)也是該平臺(tái)的金牌教師，所帶學(xué)生考入香港中文大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)等。曾任新東方教育班課教師，物理學(xué)科組長(zhǎng)。

杜麗君

生物老師，在校時(shí)，是三好學(xué)生和優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生；工作時(shí)，是先進(jìn)教師，獲得青年教師技能大賽二等獎(jiǎng)。立志做一線粒體，于細(xì)胞深處，為學(xué)生提供能量。

楊峻朋

體育老師，畢業(yè)于北京體育大學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專業(yè)。國(guó)家一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員、江西省跆拳道錦標(biāo)賽冠軍、北京體育大學(xué)跆拳道錦標(biāo)賽冠軍、跆拳道黑帶二段、中國(guó)空手道協(xié)會(huì)裁判員、國(guó)家二級(jí)跆拳道裁判員。曾于北京市清華附中與中國(guó)兒童中心任外聘教師。

部分優(yōu)秀教師的引進(jìn)手續(xù)正在辦理，后續(xù)再公布。
