40年的教育教學(xué)和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生涯：中共黨員，中學(xué)高級職稱，歷任南昌十九中、南昌三中副校長、南昌三中羅家校區(qū)校長、青山湖區(qū)義坊學(xué)校大學(xué)區(qū)學(xué)區(qū)長，青山湖區(qū)義坊三中教育集團(tuán)總校長。在40年的教育教學(xué)和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生涯中，他以其特有的聰穎睿智、辛勤執(zhí)著和敢為天下先的精神，在全市教育界閃爍著璀璨的光芒，曾榮獲“南昌市優(yōu)秀教育工作者”、“南昌市優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員”、“南昌市關(guān)心下一代優(yōu)秀工作者”、青山湖區(qū)“我身邊的好校長”、青山湖區(qū)“十大深度教育人”、“興家風(fēng) 淳民風(fēng) 正社風(fēng)”2017年度先進(jìn)個人等榮譽(yù)。

身正立己，言傳立人：中共黨員，中學(xué)語文高級教師、江西省首批高中語文骨干教師、江西省教師資格考試面試考官、南昌市網(wǎng)上家長學(xué)校首批指導(dǎo)教師。曾獲南昌市“教師誠信之星”、南昌市“優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員”。歷任省重點(diǎn)中學(xué)年級組長、中層干部十余年，班主任工作13年，多次獲“優(yōu)秀班主任”、“十佳師表形象”、“十佳青年教師”、“優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員”等稱號。主持和參與完成多個省市級課題，在國家和省級教育刊物發(fā)表論文十余篇。曾獲全國中小學(xué)生信息技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與實(shí)踐活動“優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師”，全國中小學(xué)新課堂創(chuàng)新作文大賽“優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)獎”等。
南昌市中考狀元導(dǎo)師：中共黨員。歷任年級組長，語文備課組長。南昌市某知名民辦中學(xué)辦公室副主任、科教主任。南昌市某學(xué)校初中部校長。初三把關(guān)教師，任教的19年中，成功地帶出10屆畢業(yè)班，2017年帶出南昌市中考總分第一名、總分第二名；南昌市語文教研中心組成員。分別于2003、2004、2011、2014、2017、2018年擔(dān)任南昌市中考語文閱卷作文組、現(xiàn)代文閱讀組組長。有多部語文教學(xué)著作，撰寫和發(fā)表了大量教學(xué)心得、筆記。
